Discount is only available for accommodation units and campsites that can be booked via the SANParks Online Bookings platform and reservations. These reservations will be subject to the terms and conditions of the SANParks booking system and reservations made through any other channel are not entitled to the discounts.

Last year it took a lot of patience. I tried umpteen times o line, you would get so far then system would bomb out. But eventually over 3 days I got them done. I booked a combo of pensioner for during the week and then Black Friday for weekends to get the max possible discount. So I ended up with about 10 bookings over the trip. (If i remember correctly It went much further last year)

Richard, that is why I am asking. “can” is not the same as “must”?

I read if you can book a camp site or accommodation via the online booking system or via the SANParks reservations system then the Black Friday discount is available.

Also in the second T&C you must book via an official SANPParks booking system with SANParks T&C’s. Any other method does not give you the discount?

I think you can use any official SANParks booking system?

Yes it covered the whole year last year and was restricted to online bookings only.

Dankie Paul. Ja, ek sien korting is nie veel hierdie keer nie. 2 jaar terug het ek 50% afslag gekry by Stormsrivier.....nou is dit 10%

I have just booked online and it works. You should be able to book telephonically as well.
