I saw on a YouTube video someone on the road between Punda and Shingwedzi, the tar surface was really badly eroded. Is it still bad, or has some maintenance been done?

The contractor is supposed to finish before the rainy season starts…November?
According to the Regional Ranger all is in-place including funding. It is going to be a kidney shaped water hole. Quite spectacular.
