Gipsy royale battery charger
yesterday @ 17:45:21 pm1995 Gipsy royale caravan, the original battery charger, would i be correct in saying the original is not a smart charger and that it charges the battery all the time even though its full.
two roads diverged in a wood and i took the one less traveled by, and that has made all the difference.
4 hours agoYeah, the older non smart chargers were really just a constant power supply. Usually at 13.8 V and suitable really only for crank batteries. Any deep cycle, agm or gel will not get full charge at that voltage. No good for Lithium at all.
Many people consider them bombs waiting to go off.
