As stated in the Vents Maintenance I ended up doing more than expected.

Because of the appearance of the black vents and Multiplug I also removed the side covers of the hatches and the Geyser Cover.  Took them apart completely and respray the door frames.  This is the end result of the hatch covers

Toilet water filler cap and Porta-potty hatch.  You will also note that all the small plastic fittings at the start and end of each aluminium rail has been removed repainted black and refitted this time with S/steel self tapper screws.

Pole hatch on right side of the caravan.

Had to remove the cover around the Geyser exhaust as it was rusted.  Just wanted to sandblast it and repaint it.  End up cutting and machine a aluminium checkered plate.  Old and new plate before painting.

I think that the changes made makes it a new caravan.

Also did a complete revamp on the Tow coupler and A-frame cover.  Yes the cover is also black

Leon what paint did you use on the plastic trimmings and what if anything did you do to prepare the plastic ?

I made use of Rust-oleum spray can, Satin Black.  

Before spraying I cleaned the plastic with Acetone.  This brought the white colour back but the plastic became very sticky.  You must use white clean material for this and it must not fluff or the fluff will stick to the plastic. Quickly while the plastic was sticky I sprayed it with the paint.

If you would bump against the plastic it is possible that the paint could come off but up until now I did not have issues.

Ok tks Leon - I have used Rust-oleum spray before so I know the product. Will get some, just got to find time to do the job. Bit awkward now that the van is in storage so I will have to make a plan to do the job.
