West Coast Campsites
The West Coast stretches from Melkbosstrand north of Cape Town all the way up to Namibia and includes the town of Citrusdal, the closest town to the Cedarberg Wilderness Area and which produces a large variety of citrus fruit. The region is well known for the spring wildflowers that cover the landscape in a colourful natural flower carpet. The Cedarberg Mountains offer some of the most spectacular rock formations, such as the Wolfberg Arch and the Maltese Cross.
