Cannon Valley is a 21 hectare homestead situated next to Kanon, approximately 35 km South of Mossel Bay, on the South Cape coast. The rural setting makes for an ideal getaway for those wanting to be away from the hustle and bustle of the seasons crowds and activities, yet not so far that you feel isolated or cut off from civilisation. All the facilities are self catering, which emphasizes the “privacy” factor, which we respect. The property runs down onto 800m of private beach. The beach however extends for many kilometres which is unrestricted for those morning walks, romantic sunset walks, or fishing expeditions. The beach is unspoilt, and the natural surrounding and beauty of the area are part of the experience. This is a paradise for the nature lover. Situated in the Garden Route area, Cannon Valley is ideal for those wanting to take day trips along the Garden Route to visit George, Oudtshoorn, Knysna, and even Plettenberg Bay. The area hosts a variety of attractions & excursions e.g. golfing, fishing, bungy-jumping, game-viewing, boating, sightseeing, shopping and numerous more. If you prefer however, to just relax on the beach or not be bothered, while you get up to date with reading a book, this is defnitely your private haven, almost like heaven, or described in Mosselbay’s motto: “Live life slowly”.
