Namakwa Campsites

From August to September each year, the Namaqualand explodes with colour, covering the vast empty plains with wildflowers, this must be one of the most beautiful places to be during those spring months and visitors will be delighted with the show. The region is also home to the Ai-Ais Richtersveld Transfrontier Conservation Park, which borders on Namibia, as well as the small fishing and diamond mining towns of Alexander Bay, Port Nolloth and Hondelkipbaai where the desert meets the ocean.
