Vaal Vans, comfy caravans set up at the water's edge, sleep up to 5 per caravan, including a safari tent. Also included in the fee for your designated space is one car, one trailer and a boat. Each site has its own designated water access, depending on how far you wish the caravan to be from the water.

So the space between the shade seating and the water itself is for your exclusive use. (Nobody may hinder the view or occupy the space between you and the water!) Security is the name of the game; the park has 24hour security with management residing there.

Pre-booking is essential so that we can get the caravans up to speed and ready to roll. Our Gypsy 5 and 4 have 2 double beds each, gas stove and bar fridge, cutlery, crockery, glasses, pots and is clean, neat and set up for your arrival. (Please supply your own linen and towels.)

Depart at your leisure and leave the hassle of packing up and towing to us! The caravan park itself is very clean and orderly (park rules apply), ablutions blocks with loo`s and showers (are adequate) and are a few meters away (although one caravan has its own, small toilet and basin on board).

This comes in handy when fishing or holidaying right at the waters edge, which means the amenities are slightly further away. Also at the park are shady seating areas with their own build-in tables and benches alongside sinks, taps and free-standing braai's.

There are designated fishing spots and boating areas with slipway and dolly for launching at the jetty.
