Forever Resorts Responds To Covid-19

Gauteng, South Africa – Forever Resorts SA wishes to announce
that all Forever properties are geared for the COVID-19 Coronavirus
and has put in place stringent hygiene routines at all their properties
to prevent the spread of any harmful germs.

“Although Forever being cognisant of the greater objectives of the announcement made by our Honourable President Ramaphosa, we remain open for business for the domestic market whilst taking all possible measures to protect both our staff and guests against the spread of the Coronavirus. Within the scope of the strict measures announced, we will be limiting any gatherings to less than 80 people,
including staff at all our properties and will be sanitizing and cleaning all units and
especially our ablutions and public areas such and Hydro Spa’s and Restaurants”,
says Kobus Tait, Managing Director of the group.

The Forever Senior Management will be meeting at their Head Office on 19 March’20 to ensure that
all staff are educated and informed of all protocol in place to be pro-active in combatting any
spread of germs as well as that put in place to handle any suspected staff members or guests who
show symptoms of the COVID-19 virus.

“All remains intact to handle any emergencies at our properties and the threat of the virus is a
reality to us. We do however not see any reason to put any of our properties on lock down, despite
the fact that we are continually in discussion with our Insurers and partners in the Industry through
the South African Tourism Services Association, Tourism Business Council of South Africa and all
stakeholders facing similar challenges”, says Tait.

“Should further developments regarding the threat of the virus become apparent, our market will be informed and we will do all in our power to prevent putting any lives in danger under any circumstances, as our main objective is to act responsibly to protect the Forever Family which includes our workforce, our guests and our partners in business.”
