Hi guys. Does anyone know if it's possible to change the standard tent on the Sprite Tourer SW for a full double tent? I love the van, but the tent design is not the best. It looks like the Sprite Swing has a similar shape, and I wonder if anyone has ever tried to interchange tents?

Why do you want a double tent. Most campers use a rally (patio) tent.  A double tent is large and could exceed the limits of the camp site.  I only use a patio tent when I camp.  BUT then I don't squat at a camp site for more then a week.

I have seen long campers made use of double tents.  It makes the living space open and not that crowded.

I for one will get myself a tent extension before I go on pension.

You must try and get a fellow camper with a swing caravan to see if his caravan tent will fit on the Tourer SW.  I for one think that there will be an issue with the height of the tent sides as your van is higher of the ground than a normal Swing.

Proof of the pudding lies in the eating. Try and fit it.

Another simple test is to measure the height of the side pole connecters of the ground and the distance of the same connectors from one another.  Although not set in stone this could be a close answer if a Swing tent would fit.

We will be camping for around 6 months at a time, so I will need a full tent.
