Turn pap into nuggets

make a firmer  cooked pap mixture (mieilepap 0

flavour it with grated cheese and herb spices you like 

let it cool to the point you can handle the mixture with your hands

form the pap mixture into balls dip each ball into cake flour , then into e ggs in abowl which was whisk  and roll then into the breadcrumbs 

then deep fry the nuggets in hot oil

when nice brown take out and put on a tray serve with your braai meat

Sounds very lekker. The Portuguese make a thing called Milho Frito (Cornmeal Fritter) which is the same principle and bloody delicious. Better than slap chips. If you would care to try this as well here is the recipe.
