Pretoria to PE (Mainly from Colesberg to PE)
Hello all
Can you please advise which is the better road surface option from Colesberg to PE?
PS: we are not towing a caravan, only a luggage trailer.
Looking at Maps from Middelburg the road split,
Option 1: N9 - Graaff-Reinet and then on the R75 or
Option 2: N10 - Cradock / Cookhouse and the join up with the N2
Thanks
Hennie
Hooked, now we can go camping.
WAARSKUWING:

As jy soek na "Tropmaburg" dis eintlik Trompsburg

Goeie opsie, maar om deesdae plek te kry by Addo is meer as n nagmerrie.
You'll never never know if you never never go
Towed my Sensation Maia 3 times on the N10. Road then had a few roadworks on it.
Keep a lookout for Daggaboer Farmstall. Location you will find on Google maps.
Worth the stop Plaas gebak en kos is baie lekker.

So bietjie terugvoer.
Ons was Sondag middag laat middag Middelburg deur. Alles was maar stil langs die pad. Daggaboer was toe by die tyd toe ons daar verby is.
Hooked, now we can go camping.
More feedback. Coming back from PE, we went pass Jansenville, Graaff-Reinet, Colesberg. This is a much better road and route. Far less coal trucks and other trucks. Overall a far better road surface than the Cradock / Cookhouse route.
Hooked, now we can go camping.
