Jurgens Classique air lock
Just bought a 2016 Jurgens Classique.
I got an air lock in the system.
Van was modified only have the wash basin and shower in the bathroom. No dishwashing basin.
How do I get the air out?
OPTION 1
You will have to go under the caravan loosen the small clamp hose after the inline pump and pull of the hose from the pump. Gravity will allow the water to flow from tank through the pump then you reconnect everything again and it should work. Watch out because on that side of the pump is a small non-return (Small tube with ball inside) valve that prevent the geyser from draining dry. Also do not tighten the clamp around this non-return valve (tube) to tight as this will get the little ball stuck and it will not work correctly.
NB
To prevent this from happening again install a hose t-piece between the non return valve and the pump, with a tap to the side of your caravan. This way you can sort the airlock easily and you can drain old water from the tank.
Option 2
This I have never done myself, but forum members mentioned that if you put your mouth over the tap and suck on it while the pump it operating you can get the air out.
GOD IS ALTYD TEENWOORDIG
Sonder Jesus is ek niks! ! ! !

Further to what Leon has recommended, test the ball valve. Testing mine, to find the correct direction, I could blow from both sides. Found a tiny piece of paper was preventing the ball from closing. Sorted and have had few air block problems since. I installed the T piece, and this is also very useful for airlocks and draining the tank.
Living the dream

Thank you all will do that.

I always use option 2, just suck on the tap, its quick and it works.
two roads diverged in a wood and i took the one less traveled by, and that has made all the difference.
Thank you all for advice, but found my problem.
It was the inlet pipe that was to long then it pinched closed.
