Jeffreys Bay karavaan kamp

Ek wil graag meer weet van die plek.Beplan om begin Maart te gaan kamp.
Hoe is die weer en wind daai tyd.
Is die kamp veilig.
Is daar inbrake.

two roads diverged in a wood and i took the one less traveled by, and that has made all the difference.
12 Dec, 2024 @ 11:31:18 amWe‘ve been there a few times but just for a couple of nights each time. Considering going past again after our trip to Hartenbos, if we come back that way.
We used to holiday for a couple of years (in-between caravanning) at Whispering Waves, accommodation overlooking the Caravan Park and envied those camping there. Then we met up with a couple while on our first long tour in 2012 and they were attacked there one night, they were both stabbed after opening the caravan door to chase the thieves away. So I‘m pleased that security has been upgraded, although when we last camped there they had already fenced the beachfront off from the park (where the thieves gained access and escaped to) so we did feel safe at the time. Actually looking forward to going there again J Bay is nice little seaside town.

Ons het nou al n paar keer, so n aand op n keer, daar gekamp, en dit elke keer veilig en skoon gevind.
Wel ek kan jou dit se: die brekvis in die dorp by "Gisters Restaurant" in die hoofstraat, is die beste wat ons nog ge-eet het... en dit kan n heerlike vars arm askoek insluit... En baie redelik geprys ook... eintlik verbasend goedkoop vir wat mens alles op jou bord kry.
Al wat ons regtig daar gepla het is die hondemis saans as mens met jou kamp pantoffels toilet toe stap. ...hulle laat honde toe, en die diere eienaars kyk nie na waar hulle honde mis nie, en tel nie die mis op nie.
Verder het ons lekker gekamp daar... reg by die heining teen die see. En ons het ingestap dorptoe...
