i have a Jurgens Wegsleep caravan.

when i wanted to sell it, i was told , correctly, that it has major water damage.

i went to Pretoria Caravans, who quoted me R90k to fix.

i thought i was finished.

Then they said its due to  a pothole impact- insurance will pay.

''sure''

i thought.

and yet they did pay.

 in full.

so all credit to Pretoria caravans for pushing me to claim. the pothole impact distorted the caravan body on the chassis which led to the water ingress. they were quite right.
