We purchase a cast iron 2-plate gas @ R 250 and this is excellent, especially with all the LOADSHEDDINGS.
We have the 2 plate roteserrie electrick oven, but we use this as in when require.
We mostly use the gas stove, rotesserie and weber if we make "Mega" food.
My wife and I are permies on rerirement for more than 3 years, which we enjoy.
- Sunday: Mega Food.
- Wednesday a mega Stew, eitheir tomato stew, curry etc..
- Thursday, my favouete = Pasta.
I did look at electric oven which are cheaper but I'm trying to keep off grid, alot of the wild life photography is away fro. Power points, but I appreciate your input, thanks

WAARSKUWING:

Jy koppel hom aan 'n gewone Nr 7 of kleiner gasbottel.
Werk heel goed vir ons
Moeg geploeg.
I have a old caravan gas stove with oven that I use at my braai area.
Works great. You must just get the hang of setting the gas flame to get the desired oven temp.
