Campfire Steak Sandwich Recipe:

Ingredients:

• 1 Piece of steak
• 1 large onion, sliced
• 2 bell peppers, sliced
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 4 rolls

Instructions:

• 1. Heat up the campfire or grill to medium-high heat.
• 2. Season the steak with salt and pepper on both sides.
• 3. In a large skillet or griddle, heat the olive oil and sauté the sliced onion and peppers until they're tender and lightly charred.
• 4. Grill the steak for about 4-5 minutes per side or until it reaches your desired level of doneness.
• 5. Let the steak rest for 5 minutes, then slice it thinly.
• 6. Toast the rolls over the campfire or on the grill.
• Assemble the sandwich by layering the steak and sautéed onions and peppers on the hoagie rolls.

Gaan hom probeer lyk flippen lekke

Ek het hom al gemaak en is "Flippen" lekker.

Al probleem is, ek eet laaste omrede my vrou hou van "Charcoal" en by my moet die bees nog "MOOO".

If you want to "pop" this recipe even more then "butter" the one side of the roll with mayonnaise and the other side with whole grain mustard.
