packet of bacon
one and half tablespoon margarine
one and half tablespoon syrup or honey
slices of bread with crust removed
salt and pepper for taste
set oven on 170 degrees C
Fry the bacon until nice and brown, remove and remoce deom pan and crumble the bacon in small pieces.
melt the margarine and add the syrup to the nargarine and mix.
Flatten the bread pieces with a rolling pin. Brush the bread pieces with the margarine mix
Spray the muffin pan with cooking spray so that the bread does not stick to the muffin pan
Pace muffin pan in oven and bake the bread untill slighty brown.
Sprinkle the bacon pieces into the bottom of the muffins/
Crack an egg ontop of thr bacon pieces, add salt and pepper to taste.
Top each egg with a tablespoon of the heavy cream and the grated cheese.
Bahed the eggs untill the eggs are cooked according to your taste.
Remobe from oven and place muffin on plate and enjoy
