any kind of saugage enough to fill a six or twelve muffin pan
2 onoins finely chopped
one finely chopped one green pepper
sone small packed of mushrooms chopped
chopped tomatoes can also be used if you want to
3 tablespoon milk
salt and pepper
1 packed pupp dough
Heat the oven the oven to 160 degrees C
In a large pan cook the saugage and remove from pan when cooked.
Cook the onons,green peppers,mushrooms and tomatoes until soft. Remove from pan.
mix together the eggs and milk. Put some salt and pepper.
Roll out the dough and roll it thin. Press out the dough in round pieces with a cup or glass so that it can line out the muffin pan.
Spray the muffin pan with cook and spray so that the dough will not stick onto the pan.
Line the muffin pan with he dough.
Chopped up the saugages and mix with the omoims,green pepper and mushooms. Place mixture in pan, not to high you still need to add the egg mixture.
Pour the egg mixture over the saugge mixture and add the grated cheese ontop of egg.
Place muffin pan in oven and bake for about 15 to 20 minutes or until set
