Have now moved into Henk van Rooyen park for the next 2 months, what a difference in the temperature from Vereeniging where we came from, camp is set up and will start exploring the Kruger next week .

Sitting outside at 5am this morning , the sounds of silence disturbed only by the occasional grunt of a hippo down by the river, somewhere in the distance a predator roars..................................... a fish eagle calls at first light as the birds begin there morning chatter..........as Africa starts a new day.

Enjoy George we tried to get in at Henk van Rooyen from end June for a week but they were fully booked.

When we enquired last year they said they only take bookings for this year from the 1st nov last year, we were on the phone first thing on the 1st nov and could only get these 2 months,

We going to Phalaborwa safari park for 4 months when we leave here, will explore this half of the park from here and the other half from Phalaborwa.

Yeah the period we wanted falls within the school holidays which did not help our cause. Luckily Eiland has place but only for a week, their two month package sites are all full as well.

Sal nie graag in skool vakansie daar staan nie....om daagliks in wildtuin te gaan, staan mens in vreeslike lang rye. Soms ry mense Malelane toe omdat Krokodilbrug te besig is.
