Wat my opmerk is dat daar waar ek kamp, al hoe minder kampers opdaag vir lank staan. Goed en wel die pensionarisse word dalk ouer en kan nie meer kamp nie, maar die jong pensionarisse kom ook nie in nie. Is dit nou deel van die nuwe tydsbedeling na Covid. Kamp die mense nie meer nie?
02 Jan, 2025 @ 12:40:31 pmYes we still camp, leaving end Jan for about 10 months tour. Just did not want to be amongst the festive season holiday crowds. Now I can travel without the heavy traffic and camp in relative quiet campsites :)

This year we are planning to go to Namibia and Botswana again. Clockwise. Most probably from April onwards for 3 months. Before that.....well what do you think?....Kruger and some of the northern SA camps.
We are just waiting for the businesses to open again so that I can have the caravan resealed/serviced, the movers refurbished and some other little jobs on the caravan.

Happy new year to all you happy campers. May 2025 realise all your dreams and your favorite camping trips.

Paul, I am looking forward to your planning for the Nam and Bots trip as this is something I am thinking of doing in future as well.
