Hi what are the dimensions under the beds in the skipper oyster. IE. Length, width max and width min, depth. The unit with 2 beds not the double bed. Also the dimensions of the cupboards on the ltx not the family.
I take it you are not yet a Skipper owner? I am sure if you phone Reinhart at Skipper he will give you all the information you could need.
Being an Oyster owner I would be interested to know why you need these dimensions, do you have some or other mods or alterations in mind.
Thanks for your reply Badger, I was interested in the packing space as I have a tent trailer at present and would like to know if I could transfer everything into the skipper, yep will be contacting Reinhart tomorrow.
We want the skipper as our present trailer is an all or nothing setup. You have to erect the full tent before you can do anything. Also have to use a ladder to get to the bed.
PS started tenting many, many years ago, then a small caravan, then the trailer and now extremely interested in the Skipper
Hello Lennon, The Skipper Oyster has a lot more packing space than most folks realise and the sleeping arrangement is is great whether you prefer single or double bed.
Let us know how you fare with our investigation. Good luck and stay safe.
I have some info on all that I manage to pack into the Skipper Oyster Family (which has one less cupboard) on the thread "Skipper Oyster Storage"
It might give you an idea.
The only things we put into our dbl cab is : 4 chairs, 2 tables, 2 boxes with food and our fridge.
