Good day to all members,
Not to sure if I am posting this in the correct place but if not the Ed can remove.
We are 2 pensioners living in our caravan down the Natal South Coast at present in the Umkomaas area. We have been living in our caravan since the beginning of lockdown due to being retrenched and then this Covid issue etc etc etc. We have to now once again move due to the property been sold and we have to move on again by the end of this month. Unfortunately it's a nasty time of the year as all the parks in the mid South Coast areas are gearing up for the December or peak period and their prices have become stupid and we just can not afford those rates. We are looking for a place to stay for at least the next 3-4 months at a reasonable rate until the park prices drop back to out of season rates. Should anyone out there have any contacts for something like this ( preferably the mid South Coast Area ) we would be most appreciative.
Hello Steve, try www.flipentilla.com look under "Pensionaris Maand Tariewe Kampe". Hope you come right.

Miskien Scottsburg caravan park
Steve, I would suggest you look i bit more inland. At the coast December is holiday time and prices are bound to go up everywhere. As inland accomodations are less popular, you might be able to find something acceptable both in price and in location. What about Midmar for instance. It is a Natal Parks Board camp, as are several others. I don't know what their policy for long stays are.
Steve , also try iLanga caravan park (Banana Beach) near Sheppie. I know they cater for "long termers"
