Hardekraaltjie in the middle of Belville is what you want. I stayed there a few times when visiting the INLAWS

Nov , Dec and Jan is aways going to be an issue, as every park increases there rates over this period. Having been almost three and a half years on the road now and having started in natal then onto the eastern cape and now in the western cape, we have found the western cape to be the least pensioner friendly province so far as caravan parks go.
the most pensioner friendly parks are definetly on the natal south coast, probaly because there are so many along the natal south coast and they all viaing for there slice in the ever increasing long term pensioner market,
Tagging a dog along is going to really limit your arena.
Good prices over December then you have to take two to three months
Dibiki, Riversdal
Strandskloofpark, Gansbaai
Not sure about pet friendly.
Thank you🙏
If you really want to settle permantly try Elands Bay Municipal Resort
