slices of bacon
1 onion chopped
1 small packed mushrooms chopped
1 green pepper chopped
3 eggs scrambled and 3 tablespoon milk mixed together
4 slices of bead toasted
salt and pwpper to taste
few slices of ham
Cook the bacon in a pan until brown and set aside.
Take the eggs and mix some of the grated cheese into the eggs. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Pour the egg mixture into a pan and and cook until bottom is set.
layer with the ham, bacon, the other ingredientsand put some more grated cheese.
If you want to you can first cook the other ingredients until soft before putting it on the egg mixture.
Carefully fold one half of the mixture over the filling mixture.
Cook until the cheese is melted and bottom is brown. Turn over and cook the other side.
Set two slices pieces of toast on two serving plates, and spread toast with the moyonniase if you want to.
Cut the egg mixture in half, and place each half on the toast.
Place the other pieces of toast on the mixture. Cut in half and enjoy your ommelet sandwitch
