Welcome Thomas, I am from Parys in the beautiful Free State (centre of South Africa) and we can't go camping due to everything being too wet!!!

But ..... "times they are a'changing!"

Welcome. I love summer in South Africa. My ideal temperature for camping is approx 32 degree Celcius.....that is 90 degree Fahrenheit
