Carien dankie vir die info
i have timeshare at nearby Ngwenya. Mmmmmmummm. it is reall a bit of paradise.
....Yes, it is awesome. Marlothi Safari Park does not have their own website as yet, but you will find them on www.wheretostay.co.za.
Here is their website. Although the tarrifs are from 2002
Nou so lus vir kamp.
Thanks Carien. Overlooked your 15 Jul posting.
Will contact tomorrow.
@ Carien, kan jy vir my ook asb die fotos stuur? :)

Wil nie die @ gebruik nie want dan begin 'n ou spam kry...
O OK dit gaan lekker wees om julle te ontmoet!
Here are some pics from Carien's visit to Marlothi Safari Park:
Private ablution and kitchen inthe building at the back.
Looks great. Hoping Athol will reply to my enquiry.
Right at the top of this string is Carien's Resort Customer Feedback on Marlothi Safari Park for all to read.
These are just a few of our pics taken at Marlothi Safari Camp. We have been there quite a few times - camping in our tent - and it is indeed our heaven on earth! Love it ........
All packed. Tomorrow morning I hook up and leave for Marlothi. Hope our site will be available early.
Double jealous here too!!!
Hope you are having a fabulous time at this 'little piece of Heaven on Earth - AKA Marlothi Safari Park'
We are home after a too short stay at Marlothi Safari Park.
This is one of the gems of Mpumulanga so please do not spread the word else we might not be able to find accommodation there in the future. Now I am being selfish.
Just about everything has been said about the place and the staff in this thread. All I can do is to confirm it is all true.
The game viewing and birding lived up to expectations except for the cats. Most evenings and early mornings we heard the lions that are in the lion park close by. Will be our luck. The people who camped next to us e-mailed me this morning with the news they saw lions lying on the rocks in the river bed.
One evening Athol and Tess hosted a braai at their cottage for all the visitors. All we had to bring was our meat and drinks. It was a very pleasant evening, meeting all the folks staying there. Once again thanks Athol and Tess for this generous gesture.
I will be completing a customer feedback as well.
Hi Joos. Welkom hier.
Ek was verbaas om te sien hoeveel nuwe huise is in aanbou. Dit blyk die misdaad is onder beheer. Hoop dit bly so.
@ Hendrik! Wow, sounds you really are 'hooked' on Marloth! Join the Club! Isn't it just the best of the best places to visit??
@ Bush Babe (Carien) --- can't begin to tell you how envious I am to hear you are going back 'nogal' twice next year!
It's on my list to visit again soon, but don't know when!
Have a lekker day
Taking the liberty of replying to your question.
We paid R250-00 per night for a caravan site (can accommodate 6). This included your own private kitchenette / bathroom as well.
Certainly worth a visit!
