Ek het nou al 2 maal probeer om hierdie foto’s te plaas, maar teen die tyd wat ek dit post, verdwyn alles net in die niet! Ek probeer nou maar in Word en sal kyk of dit werk as ek dit oordra.

Won't you please edit the Topic to be "Koro Koro Saamtrek Foto's". I cannot change the Topic with the Edit function and forgot to add it with all the trouble I had trying to post the photo's.
Ok what caravan is that Sahara ? anyone have more details it looks nice in that picture.
It is called a Sahara, I don't know if anyone have asked to take photo's of the inside.
Willem - yeah that's what the caption was on the photo, but who manufactures them i cannot seem to find anything with my google friend other than camels LOL
Dam I wish we could PM members, I would just PM Sidney and ask him - another request for Sean
From what I gathered from Sidney and Willem, the Sahara manufacturing was stopped due to financial difficulties and the blue-print sold to a guy in the Cape, but nothing further happened. It is a rather impressive van though I did not see the inside. It is REALLY LONG and looks very smart from the outside. I got the following of Google, probably regarding the original manufacture:
Sahara and Namib Caravans
Frontier Lifestyle (Pty) Ltd is based in Bronkhorstspruit and the manufacture continues under the experienced eye of Chris Muller who developed and built the prototype.
Each caravan offers the epitome of luxury, and the entrance of the Sahara and the smaller single axle Namib have caused enormous excitement and interest to all caravanners

I know we have it on the request list.
Sidney is not on the Forum but Willem van Wyk is and they are friends, i think Willem will reply shortly.
If you are interested the van is up for grabs.
Nico you are correct in that Frontier Lifestyle were the manufactures of this caravan. They sold the rights to someone in Cape Town.
Points of interest is that the Sahara that you see in the photo is actually the last one made by Frontier(according to the owner of this caravan) All Sahara caravans were made to the buyers specifications which means that the interior of the caravans are different.
I can just say that I have had the opportunity to see the interior of 2 of these caravans and they are realy amazing.
Thanks guys for the feedback the van just looked very interesting and I could not find anything regarding the specs - would be really nice to see the inside. Perhaps Willem van Wyk can post some mor photos.
@ Willem - not wanting to buy it (I have a Dethelffs 80II on order- delivery end of June) just wanted to compare.
Found this site the other day http://www.elinem.co.za/carspec.asp for the Swift caravan also looks rather ineresting.
