1 packet lamb kidneys cleaned and chopped in small cubes
large flat mushrooms
bacon rashers finely chopped
1 onion finely chopped
10ml worcestershire sauce
5 ml soy sauce
10 ml chopped parsley
1tablespoon butter or margarine
Remove sterns from mushroom and chopped finely.
Combine chopped mushroom terns,bacon,onion,kidneys,half parsley,worcestershire sauce, soy sauce and butter or margarine.
Cook in a pan until kidneys and bacon cooked.
Place mixture into mushroomcaps, top with cheese and parskey. Cook until cheese is melted and mushrooms soft.
