Ek weet nie hoe verskil dit met hedendaagse rims nie....sal seker ook pas? Probeer Roadque in Pretoria.

WAARSKUWING:

Kampeer is aansteeklik en verslawend 😁

Hi. What you can also consider is to try a scrapyard. I found a rim for our previous van there.

Welcome to the forum.  If I remember correctly this is the steel rim that also take a large chrome Hub Cap over the center part of the steel rim. In other words part of the steel rim closer to the tire is still visible.  Similar to that of an old VW beetle or Combi rim.

This is a very specific rim of which the center hole is not of the same size as the rims you get today.  You can try the following:

  • Hope that someone here on the forum have a  rim available.
  • As suggested by Hendrick try various scrapyards.  There you must go and look at the scrap metal area and not the rim area.
  • Try and fit a new type rim with a spigot ring on the inside.  But I do have an idea/think that the center hole of the rim must be larger than the current ones.
  • See if you can make a deal with a old caravan used as a tuck-shop along side the roads as those caravans there has the rim you need.
Sonder Jesus is ek niks! ! ! !
