I find that my 3 tyre jockey wheel tends to dig in to the ground.Can somebody recommend/advise on a single blow up/pneumatic tyre type jockey wheel that I can fit.

Do you know what the nose weight is?

Sounds like you could be too heavy at the front? Ideally it should not be over 120kg.

My double door fridge in my Exclusive seems to have become unstable/loose after a long trip,are there any tightening bolts/nuts etc and how does one go about it.

had the same problem on my exclusive, the movers are only as good as your jockey wheel, i cut an old piece of conveyer belt into 500x 250   strippes x 6 pieces . and place them under and around the jockey wheel and move them as i move the caravan, works well. i dont have space to store a bigger nose wheel high enough as i have mounted the vacume brake booster assembly in that space , its not the nose wieght, some campsites just have very soft ground

there are two outside vent type doors behind the fridge, one quite high one quite low, the fridges are mostly rivited or screwed to brackets through axcess gained from those two vent doors.

Dankie baie my maat ek het daai skroewe gevind and vas gemaak. Ek moet nou net hulle vyn tyt tot tyd   check nou weet ek waar hulle is.

I have a Jurgens Excellence, and the design of the jockey wheel is poor. the wheel itself sits 'behind'' the shaft, but with very little clearance, so if i use the movers, and the wheel digs in even slightly, the shaft digs in as well. the wheel needs to have much more clearance below the shaft. any ideas? 

ideally it should be below the shaft. 

Ek het my 3 wiel afgehaal en vervang met 'n breër enkel wiel wat bietjie groter is. Op sand / sagte grond gooi en die 2 x conveyor bande uit en ry met die jockey wiel  op die bande sonder sukkel. 

its a design problem with the Exclusive. get hold of a length of conveyor belt, put it under the nose wheel and use it to create a stable surface- on grass or sand the nose-wheel will try to dig in.

when you get to the end of the conveyor belt, pick it up and put it in front again.

Ek beplan om vir my ook 'n Exclusive te koop.  Ek het nog 'n Jockey Carrier wat ek op die Sensation Maia gebruik het. Sal kyk of hy op die Exclusive gaan werk.

Die Sensation was redelik gebalanseerd op die twee aste.  So by so dat toe ek die wa gaan haal het die eerste keer het die wa se jockey wiel in die lug geloop toe die karavaan by die fabriek se deur en ramp uit kom.  Dit was leeg met net die kussings in die wa.  So as ek die wa reg gepak het, het ek nooit 'n erge probleem met die neus gewig gehad dat die Jockey Carrier nie gewerk het in sagte sand of dik gras nie.

Sal maar sien wat gaan gebeur met die Exclusive. Sal my eie toetse doen om jockey wiel te probeer lig op gelyk oppervlak en kyk wat maak die neus van die wa met niks binne kant die karavaan nie.  Dit sal dan 'n basislyn wees om vanaf te werk.

Hoop maar die jockey Carrier sal sy ding doen.

Dankie Pierre,  ons kyk maar en beplan maar en soek maar. Die budget is maar klein maar met geduld sal die Hemelse Vader ons by die regte een bring.

Plek in my erf waar 'n karavaan moet staan is tans 'n buite sitkamer en braai plek.  

DIT MOET TERUG VERANDER.  As ek braai moet dit by 'n kamp wees.
