Starting today, all users must obtain a Virtual Camping Permit before they can post or comment. 

To qualify, campers must complete the following steps:

Pass a Camping Trivia Test
(Example Question: "How many blades of grass are in the average campsite?" No Googling!)

Upload Proof of Camping Experience
(We now require a photo of your tent, caravan, campfire, or braai. Bonus points for a campsite food picture!)

Sign the Official Camper’s Oath
("I solemnly swear to never complain about mosquitoes and always respect the sacred art of fire-starting.")

Survive the ‘Mosquito Simulator’ Challenge
(A short 3-minute virtual experience where you must swat away mosquitoes while setting up a tent. Only true campers will pass!)

Once verified, your account will be granted Certified Camper Status, and you’ll receive a shiny new Camper Badge next to your username!
