HELLO DEON. 'N WEN RESEP. 500g SELF RAISING FLOUR, 1 X CASTLE TIN BEER, PINCH OF SALT.(45min). BUTTER OUT YOUR POT, PLACE MIXTURE IN POT AND BUTTER ON TOP. PLACE POT ON A SINGLE LAYER OF COALS AND PLACE A SINGLE LAYER ON TO OF THE POT. 30 MIN, REMOVE FROM COALS AND CHECK TO SEE THAT THE BREAD IS NOT BURNING. TEST BREAD WITH A KNIFE TO SEE IF COOKED THREW. IF KNIFE IS STILL MOIST, PLACE POT ON COALS AGAIN AND ON LID. 15 MIN MAX AND YOU WILL HAVE MADE THE BEST BEER BREAD EVEN. ENJOY STEPHEN.
