The RETIRED Boring Camper
1/2 cup of milk.
6 slices of bread. (I prefer brown bread)
Oil. (I use Olive oil)
Grated cheese. (Cheddar/Parmesan)
Beat the milk, eggs and salt with a fork.
Soak each slice of bread on both sides, brown lightly in the oil on the skottel.
Sprinkle with the cheese whilst still in the skottel. Makes the cheese nice and soft.
