Ons benodig n padkaart op die Internet wat al die dorpe in die Weskaap aandui en wat ek kan merk om te sien watter paaie ons nog moet ry en watter dorpe ons nog moet besoek.

Kan jy help asseblief? Of wat stel jy voor?

I use google maps add layers with names ie caravan parks visited or caravan parks still to visit or caravan parks to avoid etc.

There are lots of options within google maps.

I saw this and decided to start my own mapset for personal use and found it very useful

Another good app for your phone is iOverlander  you will have to check if it‘s available for google OS .

You welcome , I plan all my trips on My Maps on my Laptop then have access to them on my phone.

I also plan all my trips like that - but Google maps on computer, where I mostly do my planning limits one to nine or ten stops at a time!? So what to do if one has more stops on one tour...

Fanie add another layer, you can then switch all the layers on or off depending on what you want to see. There is however a limitation of 10 layers.

Fanie I‘m sure you have seen you can add lots of info to the map ie pictures of your campsites and information about the campsite etc

I am trying to get a grasp of this utility... but I am not quite getting the hang of it. The ordinary Google Maps, I can easily use, but this one with the layers is still a challenge... 🤣

Ek het eenmaal so 'n gelamineerde kaart soos the Voetspore span het, binne 'n karavaan gesien waarop die mense al hulle reise aangeteken het.  Dit het my baie beïndruk.  Ons hou 'n logboek van ons karavaanreise en trek nou al by die derde.  Dis maar einlik iets soortgelyk.  Dit het met ons eerste reis begin toe ons drie kinders tussen  3 en 6 jaar oud was en die eerste boek beval ook heelwat van hulle inskrywings.  Dis kosbaar.
