1 packet topside mince
1 union finely chopped
1/2 cup grated cheese
2 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon worcesterhire sauce
1/2 packet dry union soup
2 teaspoon dry mustard
1 tablespoon garlick powder
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried oragano
1/2teaspoon dried rosemary
3/4 cup plain yogurt
salt and pepper to taste
Melt margarine in a pan over meduim heat. Add union and garlick, cook and stir until the union softens and begin to turn brown.
Scrape union into a large bowl. Add all the ingredients but not the mince into the bowl, whisk together until smooth.
Mix in the mince until evenly blended with the yogurt mixture.
Cover, and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
Shape mixture into patties 1/2 inch thick.
Grill your patties on your braai or on a griller.
Grill the burgers until no longer pink in the centre.
One mean hamburger patty. Enjoy.
