They must of worked 24/7 since March when there where plenty of broken down buildings, long grass and a derelict looking caravan park !
We had to laugh when we arrived for lunch, 4 of us , midweek at about 1 ish. There were no other people in the resort except staff yet there was enough food laid out to feed maybe 300 guests. We settled in and looked at the menu etc. Within a minute the head honch arrived saying, sorry they are closing for a staff conference and were about to pack away all the food. Roasts to feed an army ! He offered us the puddings but only on a cash basis as the till was closed ?
