Tentco Dining Shelter for sale. Price R2600. Excellent condition. Used only on 3 weekends. Reason for selling - buying a trailer-tent with its own, so no longer needed.

Yes, a pool noodle cut up - works well. Also useful on the car window as a camera rest :)

Cut a piece of pool noodle perfered the ones that has a hole in the middle. Make a long straight cut on one side. Let the window down and push the noodle over the edge of the class.

I bought one for myself 2 year ago and was very happy with it. A family member bought 10 brand new for R 3500 each for a bazaar Desember last year and used it for 2 weeks then sold them for R 2500 each. I bought 5 of them and sold them to my workers (did not sell them for a profit) they use them as a kitchen or a tent.

I have one of these and it is useful. We just zip up and unzip sides according to where the sun/wind is coming from. It is very sturdy and we have had it in pretty high winds. We pretty much live in it when we are camping as the tent section of our trailer is not very big.

On the downside, it is heavy to carry and bulky to transport.

Would I buy one again? Yes, I think I would. I tend to erect it only if we are in one place for more than a few days because of the time and effort it takes to do this. Mind you, now that we have set it up a few times, we have pretty much got it down to 10 minutes or so to do this.

A pic of how we use it taken about 8 days ago.Leentjiesklip

Wow Alex, it fits so well next to your set-up that I am wondering if I should just keep it. We were so happy with it when we bought it, and at the time, although not so long ago, buying a trailer was not on the cards. I have been 'on and off' with whether to keep it or try and sell it ...... Is the tent area of the Oyster really that much smaller than the Dining shelter in 'real use' [being a bit wider on one side and shorter on the other side]?

Mine is the Skipper Navigator and the tent is a bit smaller than the Oyster's. If you look at the pic above of my tent, the Oyster has an extra panel about 400mm wide, situated on the right hand side, just on the left of the blue power cable that you can see in the ground in the pic. This extra 400mm makes a big difference to the interior size of the tent.

Ski ek sal hulle bietjie meet. Myne was so 10mm tekort.

Ek gebruik 4 pype, maar ek is seker 2 pype sal net so goed werk.
