Renault Duster 1,5 diesel Zen 2022
Hi what are the maximum weight to tow with the Renault Duster Zen 1 ,5 diesel 2022
The tow weight GVM of the van or trailer may not be more than the Tare weight of the Renault look on the license disks of the two to confirm the weights.
Click on the link above..
This is a good discussion on what the duster can and cannot do.
GOD IS ALTYD TEENWOORDIG
Sonder Jesus is ek niks! ! ! !
Rick, do make sure what the company says about the towing capacity. In some cases because of our altitude and steep inclines on some roads, vehicles for, out country are rated lower that for instance Australia, which apparently is much flatter. The weight plate on your vehicle should tell you all you need to know.
Het is beter rijk te leven dan rijk te sterven
My opinion:- If your Duster is equipped with a M9R engine, start to safe money.
Spares are extremely expensive and difficult to source.
I have a Nissan X-Trail 2.0 dci with a M9R engine.
Mine packed up at 260k km's and cost me R35k for recond.
For example:-
- CV Boots are not from any sparre shop, nor Tierod ends and Multispline Belt for "Alty, Aircon & W/Pump.
Think "Wisely" before you going too heavy on towing.
In your request, I will go for:-
- Jurgens Expo.
- Sprite Sprint.
- "Max" Sprite Swing.
I tow a 2001 Penta @ 1,2 ton without fully laden and rear disc pads do not last very long.
Uphills, I struggle and need to shift back to 4th gear.
My Sprite Swift @ 860kg, fully laden, I had towed like if I was towing a Venter Trailer.
Do not going to heavy.

Thanks, but it's not my question. Lourensie wanted to know.
