17 Apr, 2025 @ 20:50:30 pmSorry George but we were there so long ago Sept 2012, met up with Willem van Wyk (old forum member), he has not been on the forum for a long time and I wonder what has happened to him.
However at the time we enjoyed our stay there, had good facilities. Nice easy access to the KNP. The mine also had a lovely lookout on one of the dumpsites.
Actually would not mind going back there after our Eliand trip later this year. Hopefully someone has been there lately and give you, and me, a better update.
18 Apr, 2025 @ 08:01:49 amIf I remember well it was discussed here not long ago and the feedback was good. We have been there a few years ago and it was good at the time. As is a Forever resort, I have no reason to expect it to me worse now.

18 Apr, 2025 @ 09:52:47 amIt is very well maintained with 2 long term campers. Now max stay is limited to 3 months with discount.
We have stayed there for a month and regularly for a night or two on our way to Kruger. It is a favorite.
