To everyone who purchases items online

Please do not purchase any items from Cliff Deysel or a company called Camp, Home and Beyond. I tried to buy an Instant Water Heater which he advertised on Facebook as I was very interested in this product and could not find any other suppliers in South Africa.  I saw that he advertised a variety of items on Facebook and there seemed to be a large number of people interested in his products.  I sent an email requesting more information and after a few more emails, I decided to purchase the item and requested an invoice, which was sent.  I then did an EFT into his bank account on the 31st of May and have been waiting since for some type of feedback.  I have sent 3 emails, 3 whatsapp and 1 sms as well as called him 3 times. The first time he explained that he had been away and he would be back on last Friday evening and would then proceed with sending the item.  Nothing happened, but he managed to post items on Facebook on Sunday night.  I then called yesterday and left a message and then again this morning and he said he would be posting it today. I then requested that he send me the tracking number, but nothing. I tried again this evening to call him, but just got voice mail.  STAY WAY FROM HIM AS I AM NOW R694.00 POORER. BE WARNED.  

After some more research this evening, it seems that he operates quite a few business as well all with the same number - 083 444 6060.

Daar was ook al klagtes oor hom op Van die Facebook groepe en dan was daar weer mense wat baie tevrede was. Ek self het maande terug by hom n Dachcam Gekoop wat hy by die huis kom aflewer het . Ongelukkig het ek dit te laat gesien maar dit was toe nie die een wat hy op die groep geadverteer het nie Die Foto wat hy adverteer was die beter kwaliteit een maar die goedkoop een was aan my afgelewer het . Het toe maar die R250 afgeskryf maar ek self sal nie weer iets by hom koop nie Hy adverteer ook nou weer die klein 3kg Wasmasjiene

Ek glo as jy gaan aanhou fight vir jou geld behoort jy dit terug te kry...hy is al lank op fb en kan nie sommer net heeltemaal verdwyn nie. Soos Tjaart sê, daar is heelwat mense wat gelukkig is met sy diens, maar daar was ook al baaaaie klagtes gewees dieselfde as joune.....ook blykbaar geen naverkoops diens nie. Omtrent al sy goed is buitendien goedkoper beskikbaar by die China malls.....

Sterkte....hoop jy kry jou geld terug of jy kry jou geyser

Thank you for all the advise. I have not been able to get any joyfrom him but will keep trying.  Hopefully my posts will speed the process up or get my money back

Sien nou op FB van 'n kampeerder wat sedert April al wag vir die aflewering van 'n wasmasjien. Alle pogings om kontak te maak is ter vergeefs.

 Verskaffer het nou op FB gesê dat hy die klient onmiddelik sal bel om aflewering te reel. Wonder of dit ook maar weer net "windowdressing" is.

Well, it seems that if you post on Facebook and other pages, one gets a reply.  Received a Whatsapp this morning and was refunded the money 1 hour later. It is just a pity that one has to go to such extreme measures to receive what you have paid for.

Dis sulke mense wat baie 'n rat voor die oë draai en dan as jy nie "WAVES" maak nie score hulle jou geld.

As 'n mens weet jy het nie voorraad van 'n produk nie is die aangewese handeling om die persoon se besonderhede te neem en sodra voorraad opdaag hom te laat weet en die produk te lewer as hy dit steeds wil hê.

Jy vat nie 'n mens se geld en soek dan voorraad nie.

Soos jy sê JIN. Dink  Chuck moet vir die ou gaan kuier................ en dan moet hy nie gaan vleis braai nie.

Sonder Jesus is ek niks! ! ! !
