Do someone know if there is a glue that will do the job instead if sewing?

Geert, I have heard of glue that the material shops use but I'm not sure how good it is. Having said that it will not be under heavy stress so probably will be good enough. You will have to do some homework with it.

Ek dink daaraan om my buite lig te split in blou en wit afsonderlik, twee skakelaars.

Nou wonder ek, gaan die blou lig nie allerhande goggas aanlok nie, ek dink aan die “zapper” ligte wat blou is en die elektriese draadjies wat dan die goggas dood skok?

Ek probeer sover moontlik net 12v LEDs te gebruik, kry ‘n mens 12v “insect repellent” LEDs te koop en indien wel, waar?

Ons het hom onlangs so by Pilanesberg gebruik. Dit het vir my gevoel of die wit lig meer goggas getrek het as net die blou lig alleen. As goggas baie pla gebruik ek glad nie die karavaanlig nie....net die losstaande lig wat mens in die gras indruk met geel gloeilamp
