If it was Pertri's near Bethlehem, It will be in excellent condition. (Like his vehicles)
Meant Bethlehem , am getting old............
Those are some of the best caravans in their class yet built to my mind. They have a decent, in fact very good, suspension of coils and dampers- that was built to last. I have seen some even older, still with glass windows, that are still in use and in good condition. We had one of 1984. Much beter than the rubber axels that are common today. The gaslifters seems to be the original ones as they are still placed upside down. CI did not understand this new technology initially and inserted the lifters upside down. That caused the gas to leak out. But this is not a big hassle- after that many years even correctly placed lifters will need to be replaced. From the photo it looks like the body is still undamaged by the sun so I guess it was kept covered. And because they did not have a lot of accessories, they were quite light. Surely a good buy for someone if it is still free of wood rot.
