Category 4 - Quads and off-road motorcycles

The definition of a Quad bike:

• A quad bike can be defined as an all-terrain vehicle (ATV) with three or four wheels but can have up to six on a specialized modified version.

The definition of a Motorcycle:

• A motorcycle (which is also referred to as a motorbike) is a single-track, two-wheeled motor vehicle that is powered by an engine.

Tour and Safari Operator vehicles can also be covered explicitly by the TUFFSTUFF lifestyle and leisure insurance policy. These vehicles include 4X4s, double cabs and LDVs.

Security Requirements

TUFFSTUFF requires that all vehicles be fitted with a VESA level 3 or level 4 immobiliser system or a factory fitted equivalent thereof.
