Gariep is the perfect stopover between Gauteng and the Cape, 200km south of Bloemfontein , just off N1.Situated on the banks of Gariep Dam, the largest dam in South Africa and bordering the Gariep Dam Nature Reserve, home to many species of antelope and the Cape Mountain Zebra. The caravan park consists of 106 sites all with power and serviced by two ablutions. There are also 16 luxury caravan sites with own ablution facilities. Accommodation consists of 44 two or three bed-roomed chalets and 12 luxury one or two bed-roomed chalets. We have a restaurant at the Resort that can seat up to 100 persons and a ladies bar.
